So I called LTA to come out and fix my garage door that stopped working.
Firstly it was refreshung that the owner answers the phone and comes to the job vs. having to phone a call centre. Anyways when he got here, he pulled the emergency garage string and, voila - fixed ! Turns out I wasn't pulling it hard enough to reset it which was super embarassing. Because it was such a simple fix, he would not let me pay anything - it was really kind.

So the next time my garage door breaks for real, I'll be calling these guys for the work.
And I recommend anyone looking for an honest garage door repair person, do the same !
